Ninja 6 is our most advanced level designed for athletes ages 9&up who excel in complex obstacles with skillful execution. Athletes in this level will continue to develop strength, speed and endurance through advanced level obstacles.
This class challenges students with advanced grip strength and high-difficulty obstacles, skill-based runs, and increased conditioning to help them reach the next stage of ninja training.
In this class, students will focus on:
- Navigating advanced obstacle courses that vary in skill, distance, and structure
- Enhancing body awareness and maintaining focus throughout full-course runs
- Building muscle endurance, core control, and explosive strength
- Improving grip strength through dynamic and static holds
- Mastering challenging balance elements under fatigue
- Learning to connect multiple obstacles smoothly and efficiently
- Developing the technique and confidence needed to approach elite-level movements
This level pushes students to refine their technique while developing the physical and mental stamina required for high-level ninja performance.
Prerequisites for Ninja 6:
✅ Successfully catch a 5 ft lache
✅ Climb and descend the 10 ft warped wall with proper form
✅ Confidently traverse horizontally across complex grip and wall elements
